The ENS Difference
Every puppy we raise goes through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) training — a proven method originally developed for military working dogs and now used by the world's top breeders. Beginning as early as day three of life and continuing through day sixteen, ENS involves a series of gentle, specific exercises that stimulate a puppy's neurological system during its most critical developmental window.
The benefits are profound and lasting:
Stronger cardiovascular performance — healthier heart rate and stronger heartbeat
Improved stress tolerance — calmer, more confident dogs in new environments
Greater adaptability — puppies that adjust more easily to new homes, sounds, and situations
Enhanced problem-solving ability — more curious, engaged, and trainable dogs
In short, ENS gives your puppy a head start on life that no amount of training after the fact can replicate. It is one of the most important things a responsible breeder can do — and we do it with every single litter.
When you apply to bring home one of our puppies, you are not just buying a dog. You are welcoming an animal that has been:
✅ Born and raised in a loving family home
✅ Superior temperament (compared to previously litters, these puppies are exceptionally calm when being held and intelligent)
✅ Stimulated and developed through ENS training from day three
✅ Hypoallergenic, F1B means 75% Standard Poodle and 25% Golden Retriever, less chance of shedding
✅ Produced from AKC registered parent lines
✅ Vet-checked and have a clean bill of health
✅ Placed only with families we have personally approved
✅ Daily interaction by five active, caring children
Who we are:
We are Blaine and Abigail, an Oregon couple with deep roots in Columbia County. Married for over twenty years, we have built a life centered on God, family, community, and the belief that anything worth doing is worth doing with intention — and that includes breeding.
Our Family
Our five children are not just bystanders in this process — they are active participants in giving every puppy the rich social foundation they need. All five of our children who are still at home are Taekwondo black belts and particpate in sports, which tells you something about how this family approaches everything we do — with discipline, dedication, and heart. Our oldest child is away from home, currently attending Oregon Tech, continuing a family tradition of hard work and higher purpose.
We are also active volunteers in our local community, because we believe that showing up for the people around you is simply the right thing to do. That same spirit of service and responsibility is woven into our process as breeders.

If you are interested in a puppy, please contact us using the form. We will arrange a phone call to talk to you. We do not ship puppies unless “puppy nannies” are used. Most likely we will meet you in person so you can bring your new friend into your family. We are almost exactly 30 miles from downtown Portland, Oregon.
